Since 2010, he has been the director of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and a co-founder of the first Museum of Science in Ukraine. From the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he went to the front as a volunteer of the 95th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, he continued to perform the duties of the director of the JAS remotely.
