Beatriče Beliavciv

Beatriče Beliavciv is a translator into Lithuanian and Ukrainian, a researcher of Ukrainian–Lithuanian cultural relations, and an active participant in intercultural dialogue. Born in Kaunas (Lithuania), she has lived in Lviv since the early 2000s. She translates contemporary Ukrainian fiction, non fiction, and drama into Lithuanian, as well as Lithuanian literature into Ukrainian, fostering a mutual presence of both literatures. She has over 20 years of experience in communications. She initiates and implements cultural, translation, and research projects between Ukraine and Lithuania. Recipient of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs award “Lithuanian Diplomacy Star.”
