Work schedule:

  • May 28 — 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m (entrance to the territory from 4.00 p.m.)
  • May 29 — 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
  • May 30 — 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
  • May 31 — 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m

In the event of an air raid alert, please proceed immediately to the designated shelter and remain there until the all-clear is announced. A shelter is available on-site at Mystetskyi Arsenal.

The Festival will resume 30 minutes after the alert ends. If the all-clear is given at 8:00 p.m. or later, the Festival will not resume that day.

The 14th International Book Arsenal Festival will kick off on Thursday, May 28. The official opening will take place at 5:00 p.m. on this day. The Festival will run until May 31, inclusive.

Please note!

To enhance safety, metal detector gates will be installed at the Festival entrance.

In the context of martial law in Ukraine and in accordance with the legal acts adopted by state authorities in response to the Russian Federation’s military aggression against Ukraine, and to prevent or eliminate threats to life and safety, public interests, or national security, and ensuring public order, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the program and format of the Festival. Any updates will be communicated to all interested parties via the Book Arsenal website and social media channels.

The Book Arsenal team kindly asks for your understanding and draws your attention to the following:

— Certain Festival events may start later than scheduled or may be canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control;
— Listed participants of program events may withdraw from participation due to reasons beyond their and the organizers’ control;
— The Festival may be canceled in the event of a deterioration in the security situation in the city of Kyiv.
