Liubov Halan

Liubov Halan is the Co-founder and Head of the Human Rights Centre for Military Personnel “Pryncyp” (https://www.pryncyp.org/en/). She has been involved in human rights protection in Ukraine since 2017. The Centre she leads is one of the Ukrainian think tanks in military personnel and veterans’ rights protection, and a partner of the Ukrainian government in developing systemic solutions. Over 3 years, more than 500,000 military personnel and their family members have used the legal aid organization’s digital products.
