Jarosław Godun

He began his diplomatic career as a member of the cultural and scientific section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bucharest. Between 2006 and 2020, he headed Polish institutes in Bucharest, Kyiv and Sofia. In addition, he worked at the Polish Institute of Diplomacy in Warsaw, where he continued to work on cultural and diplomatic projects. Between 2020 and 2024, he held a post in the Eastern Department of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, served as Deputy Director of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, and as Deputy Director of the Department of Public and Cultural Diplomacy at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He speaks English, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Russian.
