Anastasiia Bondar — Master of International Relations, specialization in European policy. She has more than 15 years of experience in international business, education, and project management, including over six years in senior positions in the government sector.
Since 2021 she has served as Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine: responsible for the digital transformation of culture and heritage, international cooperation, the introduction of innovations, and the development of state digital registries; represents Ukraine at UNESCO, participates in relevant committees and the implementation of international conventions, and heads the culture sector of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. She actively implements principles of accessibility, inclusion, and barrier-free access in the cultural sphere.
From 2019 to 2021 she was Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, coordinating digital reforms and international cooperation. She has professional experience with transnational corporations like TeliaSonera and Ericsson, and in educational projects; she is a certified instructor of educational programs and early childhood development.
