Olga Zhuk

deputy director of the Mystetskyi Arsenal

Since the fall of 2021, Olga Zhuk has been working as the Mystetskyi Arsenal deputy director general director for contemporary art and museum affairs. In 2017–2021, she was the creative director of the Dovzhenko Centre. In 2010–2015, she was the director of the International Book Arsenal Festival. In 2016, she headed the new department of cultural diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine where she developed recommendations on modernizing the promotion of Ukrainian culture abroad; she reformed the way Ukraine was presented at the Frankfurt Book Fair, and participated in the process of creation of the Ukrainian Institute. Olga Zhuk is the graduate of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a master’s degree in cultural studies.
