Born during deportation on August 3, 1957 in Uzbekistan. In 1980 he graduated from Andijan Medical Institute. In 1988 he returned to Crimea. In 2014, he did not recognize the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in Crimea, for which he was sentenced to 2 years in prison, released by exchange in 2017 by agreement of the presidents of Turkey and the Russian Federation. Currently I live in Kyiv.
