Oscar Brenifier

Oscar Brenifier is a UNESCO expert and a director of the Institute of Practical Philosophy in Paris, one of the world’s most renowned specialists in child development. He questions the correctness of the traditional system of education, which consists in listening and repetition, and proposes to start a dialogue with children. Brenifier is not an armchair scientist, he travels all over the world and conducts philosophical workshops for children, their parents, teachers, and those who are interested in the topic. This year he will visit Ukraine, and the time of his visit coincides with the dates of the Book Arsenal Festival.
Books in Ukrainian: By the festival the Mamino and Dukh i Litera publishing houses are planning to implement a joint project: to publish several books by Oscar Brenifier from his philosophical series for children and adolescents.
