Nataliia Masiak is an adult and child psychiatrist, psychotherapist, Head of the Mental Health Center at Superhumans Center, and lecturer in psychiatry at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University and Kyiv School of Economics. Works in the fields of child and adult mental health, trauma, and rehabilitation, particularly with military personnel, veterans, and their families. She is the author and trainer of mental health programs developed in the context of war and collaborates with charitable and international organizations supporting children and professionals in helping professions.
In her work, she strongly believes in the human capacity to recover even after the most difficult experiences — when safety, support, and acceptance are present. She is convinced that behind every diagnosis, trauma, or story of loss, it is first and foremost important to see the person.
