Paramedic, volunteer, military volunteer, lieutenant in the National Guard of Ukraine, and psychologist.
Before the war, she worked as a book graphic designer and martial arts instructor.
During the Revolution of Dignity, she served as a Maidan medic. Since 2014, she has worked as a paramedic, evacuating around one thousand wounded military personnel and civilians directly from the front line and during the siege of Mariupol.
She is the founder, paramedic, and commander of the volunteer medical evacuation unit Taira’s Angels, which carried out around six hundred evacuations of service members from the line of contact between 2014 and 2022, operating in some of the hottest areas of the front.
From 2018 to 2020, she commanded the evacuation unit of the 61st Military Mobile Hospital in Mariupol.
From March 16 to June 17, 2022, she was held as a prisoner of war by the so-called “DPR” and the Russian Federation.
Since 2022, she has been advocating for Ukraine’s interests on the international stage. Since December 2024, she has served as a member of the National Guard of Ukraine, 2nd Corps “Khartia.”
