In 2019 – Head of the Literature Department at the Ukrainian Institute. Since 2019 – trainer at the Cultural Transformation Lab (House of Europe). Since 2023 – expert, trainer, and analyst for the EU4Culture program. Develops grassroots initiatives at the intersection of research, education, culture, and activism.
