Laurynas Katkus

Laurynas Katkus (b.1972 in Vilnius) is a Lithuanian writer and translator. He studied philology and comparative literature home and abroad. He published numerous books of fiction, poetry and essays, most recently a collection of novellas “Nakvyn? Berlyne” (2022). His work has been translated into more than 10 languages; he has 6 books in English and German translation, most recently a novel “Schwankende Schatten” (2022). Since 2021 he is an art director of “Kaunas Literature Week”.
