Born in 1968 in Hutsul region. Author of more than 50 books, more than 30 of which are addressed to children of different ages, from babies to teenagers. Laureate of many Ukrainian and international literary awards and honors, including the highest award for a Ukrainian children’s writer — the Lesia Ukrainka Award. Head of the children’s fiction editorial office of the «Bohdan» publishing house. Member of Pen Ukraine. I live in the town of Berezan in the Kyiv region.
