Merited Artist of Ukraine. She is a two-time laureate of the Zolota Dzyga and Kinokolo national film awards, winner of the Teletriumph award and laureate of the Kyiv Pectoral theatre award. She is the winner of the Golden Duke Award at the Odesa International Film Festival for the best acting performance in the film My Thoughts Are Quiet. Irma is also the winner of the Kyiv Award named after I. Mykolaichuk for her outstanding contribution to the development of Ukrainian cinema. She is the winner of the Woman in Art Award in the Theatre and Film category awarded by the United Nations and the Ukrainian Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is an active public figure and advocates for cultural reforms.
