Victoria Andrusha

A teacher of math and computer science at Brovary Lyceum. Originally from the Chernihiv region. On March 25, 25-year-old Victoria Andrusha was abducted by Russians from her home. Victoria was kept in the Kursk SIZO incommunicado, her lawyers were not allowed to visit her, and it was not confirmed that she was really there. She was imprisoned for six months. On September 29, Victoria was released. Upon her return from Russian captivity, she was awarded the Order of the People’s Hero of Ukraine.
