Lt. Col. Pavlo Khazan. Chief of the TDF Unmanned Systems Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was C4ISR group commander, a veteran of the russian war in Ukraine since 2014. Physicist and electrical engineer by training with a Ph.D. in statistics. In civilian life, he was a Head of Science and Engineering at Environmental Monitoring Centre. He is a developer of civil and military engineering systems, author of scientific papers on ecology, renewable energy, economics, and statistics.
