The International Book Arsenal Festival announces an open call for participation in the Book Arsenal Fellowship Program 2026.
Foreign publishers, rights managers, literary agents and other professionals of the book industry interested in cooperation with Ukraine are invited to participate in the competitive selection.
In 2026, the Book Arsenal Fellowship Program will be held for the third time despite Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Up to 8 foreign professionals will be selected to participate in the Book Arsenal Fellowship Program, who will attend the 14th International Book Arsenal Festival, which will be held on May 28-Maу 31, 2026 in Kyiv.
The participation in the program will include:
- presentations-acquainting events with the Ukrainian book market,
- field-specific institutions and the opportunities they provide,
- attending the festival events,
- B2B meetings with Ukrainian publishers.

The applicants selected for the participation in the program will have received confirmation by April 4.
The Book Arsenal Fellowship Program covers participants’ travel expenses and accommodation costs in Kyiv for the duration of the program.
