Rostyslav Burlaka Publishing, founded in 2016, holds a special place on the Ukrainian book market, as it is the first specialized publishing house of psychological literature. We give preference primarily to outstanding classic and contemporary works on practical psychology and psychotherapy for Ukrainian specialists to have the opportunity to work with high-quality texts.
The publishing house is a partner of most professional psychotherapy associations of Ukraine, in particular the National Association of Gestalt Therapists and the Ukrainian Association of Psychoanalysis, that allows us to monitor the most important innovations in this field and to contribute to its development, trying to fill the existing gaps in the informational psychotherapy space.
One of the priorities of Rostyslav Burlaka Publishing is active cooperation with Ukrainian authors. Our mission is not only to provide specialists with the sources of knowledge they need—we strive to provide every Ukrainian with the tools for psychological self-support, development and self-discovery.
We also try to make our contribution to the support of Ukraine by implementing important charity projects, such as the illustrated book in English BANKSY IN UKRAINE published in cooperation with Ukrposhta. All proceeds from the sale of this book will be used to rebuild schools in Borodianka.
In the future, we see our publishing house as a platform for sharing modern psychological knowledge and for psychologists’ and psychotherapists’ creative expression. We also strive to raise Ukrainians’ psychological education to a new level, carrying out an educational mission and helping people to maintain their mental health.
