Mykhailyna Skoryk-Shkarivska is the founder of the NGO Institute for Sustainable Community Development (ISDC) (Bucha, 2023), Deputy Mayor of Bucha (2022-2023), and a community development specialist. Together with ISDC team, she is developing the Communities Development Office, extending the experience of cooperation to Irpin, Borodyanka, Hostomel, and other communities of Kyiv Oblast.
