Lucienne Shum is a Ukrainian public figure, an expert on library development, cultural diplomacy and local government. She is the head of the Library Country Charitable Foundation, which is engaged in the modernisation of libraries in Ukraine and their transformation into modern public spaces. As a member of the ANTS National Interest Protection Network, she is actively involved in international advocacy.
