Kateryna Rashevska is a PhD in international law and a legal expert at the RCHR. She is a member of several national expert councils, including the Bring Kids Back UA Task Force. Kateryna is a co-author of 4 submissions to the ICC concerning crimes committed by Russian agents against Ukrainian children. She has spoken at the UNSC, UNGA and UNHRC meetings. Kateryna has also submitted dozens of complaints on behalf of victims to international judicial and quasi-judicial mechanisms.
