Halyna Skipalska

Halyna Skipalska is a human rights and gender expert with 20+ years of experience. As Country Director of HealthRight International in Ukraine and Executive Director of the Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health, she works to improve access to services for most vulnerable groups. She led critical DV/GBV reforms and humanitarian initiatives after the 2022 invasion. In 2023, she received the Voices of Courage Award and PHD in social sphere.
