Babak Vahedi

Babak Vahedi is an Iranian translator, magazine editor, and journalist now based in Ottawa. Over two decades, he has translated eighteen books from English into Farsi, introducing scholars such as Taner Ak?am, Timothy Snyder, and Ian Verner Mueller to Farsi readers. Books have long been his gateway to the world, fueling his curiosity. Through translation and journalism, he works to bring vital texts into Persian discourse, opening doors to new ways of thinking.
