Nurlan Dulatbekov

Nurlan Dulatbekov is a Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is the author of the scientific project Karlag: Memory for the Sake of Future, within which more than 20 books on the history of the Karlag camp and the Gulag were published, including numerous archival documents, eyewitness memoirs, scientific studies, reproductions of paintings created in Karlag.
