Emine Dzhaparova is a Crimean Tatar politician and statesman; she was the first deputy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba from 2020 to 2024. In her diplomatic work, Emine primarily takes care of the issue of Crimea – in particular, the promotion of the international mechanism for the deoccupation of Crimea «Crimean Platform»; one of the priorities is the development of the national policy of Ukraine’s participation in UNESCO. Dzhaparova was appointed by the president to the position of Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna.
