Damir Šagolj, born and raised in Sarajevo, transitioned to photojournalism during the Bosnian War. As a reporter and photographer for Reuters News Agency, he covered major global news stories and conflicts for over 20 years, earning prestigious awards such as the Pulitzer Prize and the World Press Photo, among many others. As the co-founder and director of WARM, he now shares his expertise through curating and teaching at the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo.
