A philosopher, writer, columnist, and musician, Taras was born in Romny in Sumy region. He studies the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. His areas of interest include philosophical anthropology and philosophy of culture. He writes short essays on cultural studies for The Ukrainian Week. He plays in a band The Four from Polonez.
