Kutsenko was born in Vinnytsia in June 1981; he got a high education degree in economics. By 2018, he had around 20 years of professional activity in business. Since 2014, he has become a volunteer to help Volunteer fighters and AFU. In 2022, he continued volunteering, and also has joined the international journalist community to cover Russian aggression and war crimes.
